| Requirements and Responsibilities For Telecommunications Senior Manager |
| Manages the design and installation of telecommunications systems to ensure reliable and efficient network performance. Manages the planning, design, and installation of telecommunications systems and equipment. Oversees engineering and installation teams to ensure projects meet technical specifications and timelines. Coordinates with vendors and carriers on equipment procurement and service provisioning. Develops standards and procedures for system design, configuration, and deployment. Manages budgets, resources, and schedules for telecommunications projects. Ensures installed systems comply with performance, safety, and regulatory requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.
